est une association d'utilité publique.

(son nom évoque le prénom de son fondateur

et le rythme du musicien comme du ciseau du sculpteur)

Elle a pour objet la promotion de la création artistique par le "Faire".

Elle est sise à Givet et permet 6 fois par an  aux créateurs et différents,

artistes de la région de la Pointe d'exposer leurs talents lors de mini festivals.

Elle vise l'animation et le développement de l'activité,

plus que le seul retour à

l'emploi.
